Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City is seeking a Telephone Operator to join our team.
Shift Details: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 9:30am-9:00pm. Every other weekend.
We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy for those in crisis. The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize work, and manage interruptions easily. To be successful in this role, strong customer service skills, willingness to work, adaptability and an eagerness to learn is required. This position will require you to work autonomously as well as with a team.
