Travel Occupational Therapist
Location: La Mesa , CA 91942
Setting: SNF
Assignment: 13 weeks | Start: 2026-08-03 00:00:00
Schedule: 36 - 38 hrs guaranteed
Weekly Pay: $2,192–$2,435/week
We are seeking a Travel OT - NEW to join a collaborative SNF rehabilitation team. You will provide high-quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities• Evaluate and treat patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab team
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Active OT - NEW license
• Graduate of an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• SNF experience preferred
• Current BLS (if required)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
