We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract rehabilitation assignment. Shift Information

Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Break: 30 Minutes

Guaranteed Hours

35 Hours Per Week

Pay Rate: $48.00 - $56.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Assess functional abilities and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Assist patients in improving daily living, self-care, and mobility skills
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes
