Indiana University Health is seeking an Orthopedic Cast Tech to join our Riley Pediatric Orthopedic team at Carmel. The Cast Tech is an integral part of the orthopedic team working alongside surgeons and advanced practice providers to ensure high quality of care to pediatric patients presenting with a variety of illnesses and injuries affecting the musculoskeletal system. As a Pediatric Orthopedic Cast Tech, you will have the opportunity to join a team of highly skilled medical experts with a mission to deliver preeminent medical care and service to our patients.
Location: IU Health North Hospital in Carmel, IN.
Shift: M-F 10-6:30pm No Weekends or Holidays
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Orthopedic technician certification preferred.
• Successful completion of ortho technician orientation required upon hire.
