Housekeeping Staff Responsibilities: Engage with guests to ensure their stay is positively experienced. Work as a team to achieve resort and hotel cleanliness standards. Maintain an orderly and properly stocked work cart. Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning surfaces such as desks, tables, and windows. Restock supplies, replenish toiletries, towels, linens, and other necessary items for guests. Change bed linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are always fresh and clean. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs, and replenish necessary amenities. Collect and dispose of trash from rooms properly, following company standards. Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently, providing additional items or services as needed. Report any damage or maintenance needs in the rooms to ensure prompt repairs. Follow all hotel safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Attend all required training sessions and daily, weekly, or monthly meetings. Show respect for guests’ property and maintain responsible care of equipment. Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records, following posted schedules. Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High School Diploma. Housekeeping experience desirable. Neat, pleasant personality. Time‑management skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work on feet for an extended period. Effective communication skills. Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions. Physical capability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs, and to maneuver equipment weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces. Availability to work overtime, day and night shifts, holidays, and weekends. Compensation: Compensation packages are based on factors including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
