Cactus Wellhead - HR Operations Administrator Job Category : Human Resources Requisition Number : CACTU002667 Posted : September 10, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Houston Houston, TX 77024, USA Description This is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Houston, TX 77024 Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office; 1 day working from home JOB SUMMARY: A dynamic HR Operations Specialist who will represent our HR team with professionalismand engagement. This role will support global HR efforts by ensuring compliance with local labor laws,managing timekeeping systems, and coordinating benefits administration. You'll collaborate closely withthe HR Business Partner to provide tactical and administrative HR support across the region. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Professional Representation: Act as a professional and engaging representative of the HR teamin all interactions, maintaining a positive image and fostering strong relationships within andoutside the organization. Compliance with Local Labor Laws: Ensure all HR operations comply with regional labor laws,staying updated on any changes or updates. Payroll Administration: Address payroll inquiries related to payroll and timekeeping. Monitorand audit payroll profiles to confirm accurate setup and functionality Timekeeping Administration: Utilize platforms like UKG or OneView to manage employeetimekeeping efficiently, resolving any discrepancies promptly. Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of benefits using platforms like Benefix,ensuring accurate data entry and compliance. Collaboration with Global Payroll Manager: Support HR initiatives and projects, ensuringseamless execution across the region.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:

Completion of an Office Administration certificate program or a Bachelor of Arts degree inHuman Resources or a related field; or three to five years of relevant experience and/ortraining; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of administrative experience in a Human Resources environment Experience with HRIS systems Proven experience in HR operations or a related field. Strong understanding of payroll and timekeeping systems. Can work cross-functionally Familiarity with benefit administration platforms. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to represent the HR team professionally and engagingly. Experience in payroll/HR administration; multi-country exposure strongly preferred.

Knowledge of regional regulations related to leave, benefits, and pensions, with strong aptitudeto learn new jurisdictions. Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems; strong Excel/data accuracy skills. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability. Strong communication and service orientation; effective collaboration with local and corporateteams. Enhance Professional Skills: Attend workshops or training to improve professional engagementskills. Stay Updated on Labor Laws: Regularly review local labor laws to ensure compliance.
